The rapid development of digital technology has made the three business networks of computer network, public telecommunication network and cable television network begin to penetrate each other. HFC (Hybrid Fiber Coaxial Cable Hybrid Network) has become one of three-network service carriers due to its good frequency band resources, coverage and comprehensive service capabilities. The current development of the HFC network is a two-way interactive broadband network built on the basis of the cable TV coaxial network, which retains the traditional analog transmission method, and at the same time makes full use of the existing cable TV coaxial cable resources without re-laying wiring network, it can provide users with various services such as telephone, radio and television, video on demand, Internet access, video conferencing, data. As a result, HFC's low cost, wide frequency band, and multi-service features make it the preferred solution for broadband access of solving the last 1 km.

1. To solve the large-area broadcast and television signal access, a multi-port high-level output bidirectional optical node can be used. The disadvantage is that the CMTS broadband service capability is weak.

2. The corridor-type RFOG optical node can effectively improve the CMTS broadband access capability. The OBI FREE technology completely solves the problem of the uplink burst optical signal beat interference, and further improves the quality of broadband service.

3. As an all-optical access solution for the CMTS system, the FTTH RFOG optical node can save fiber resources and be compatible with the PON system, and continue to upgrade in the future.

4. The PON+EOC solution in the old community can make full use of the last 1KM coaxial  network, compatible with the existing broadcast and television network, and provide broadband access services at the same time, low construction difficulty , and can be gradually upgraded according to the broadband access rate to avoid excessive investment at one time.
